Useful details before you start. Do I have to replace my website, calendar or other existing systems? No. Keep the tools that work. Supported scheduling connections are included, and existing sites can be retained. Work directly inside an independently managed third-party site may require scoped human assistance.
Can I combine communication channels? Yes. Combine Chat with SMS or Voice at their listed prices. Voice plus SMS uses the Voice + Text bundle; all three use UNBOXED automatically. Complete Small Business Launch includes UNBOXED and a Standard Website.
What happens if I exceed included usage? Additional voice minutes are $0.35/minute. SMS and Browser Chat are monitored, with no automatic paid overage at launch. Any paid capacity change requires your agreement.
Do I configure my website or schedule meetings now? No. Select the purchase here, review it in the setup builder, and complete the appropriate website or appointment steps at the designated stage.
When does the monthly communications charge start for a complete launch? Once the recurring communication service is activated, not while oobCREATIVE is still finishing launch implementation.
